Our Policies:Shipping Costs We generally ship using the US Postal Service and utilize their flat rate boxes for Priority Mail. The shipping cost for these is $8.95. These prices are for US locations only. If you are interested in placing an order and live outside of the United States, please email for shipping information.
If you have a large order and it does not fit into one of the flat rate boxes, we will notify you of any additional postage due. We do not charge for "handling". In addition, we automatically request delivery confirmation on all of our orders.
Shipping Times Orders are processed everyday Monday-Friday (excluding holidays). As soon as your order is processed, you will be emailed. Priority mail usually takes between two and three business days. If there is any delay in processing your order, you will be notified.
If you require expedited service, please email or call us and we can provide you a range of options and determine what will best suit your needs.
Sales Tax Texas residents pay 6.25% sales tax on all orders. Returns We accept all returns made within 15 days of purchase. All items must be in new condition with tags in place and in resalable condition. We do not refund shipping costs for returned items unless item is returned due to a mistake on our part. If you've purchased an item that you need to exchange or return, email us at Customer Service within 15 days of purchase and we'll be happy to take care of all your needs and concerns.
